MKP Consultants were appointed
to undertake the detailed design for
Grove Place retirement village.
The original building was
constructed in the 1570’s and
is now a Grade 1 listed building
that has undergone complete
restoration to provide a very high
quality setting.
The facility boasts both apartments
and bungalows.

Shortlisted for ‘Best Retirement Scheme, Grove Place is a beautiful retirement community set in 27 acres of Hampshire countryside offering over 60’s independent living and access to an extensive range of facilities and healthcare services, all in an exquisite setting in one of England’s most picturesque counties.

At the heart of Grove Place is the 16th Century, Grade 1 listed Manor House, a magnificent building, which is home to many of the stunning communal facilities.
