As part of the mechanical and
electrical services design review
of the project, MKP Consultants
identified the potential for vastly
increasing the number of car
parking spaces within the
basement by rationalizing and
reconfiguring the mechanical and
electrical services design, whilst
adhering to the design criteria
detailed within the Employers
Requirement Specification.
