MKP Consultants has a long standing relationship with the ultimate owner of the Limewood Group, Jim Ratcliffe, the owner of INEOS Chemicals and as such were employed to carry out design works on their hotels, corporate offices and private homes across the world.

The Limewood project involved an award winning 50 million pound refurbishment of a grade 2 listed manor house and the new build construction of a number of individual buildings to provide a spa, and extra guest accomodation. No expense was spared in the interior design and MKP worked closely with the architects and interior designers to provide the correct level of
detail throughout the project. The restaurants were occupied by a Michelin starred chef and MKP had to ensure the M&E services did not compromise the interiors.

The project consisted of an energy centre that provided sitewide heating, domestic hot water, boosted cold water and softened water.
