Candle Factory
26-Storey Mixed-Used Development
Rising prominently above a historic London streetscape. Candle Factory development will be the first phase of a wider development providing a mixture of residential and commercial buildings. MKP’s proposal is for Building 4, which is a tall residential building with a top storey (measured to roof terrace) of 80.7m.
MKP’s scope of works is based on verifying, optimising and then developing the services design information from the current BSRIA Stage 3 and taking design and coordination responsibility for the entirety of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, to the production of a detailed mechanical and electrical services design to RIBA / BSRIA Stage 4.
