300 Student Sixth Form Learning Facility in Southwark

MKP were employed by the City of London to design the mechanical and electrical services for a new satellite student facility of the City of London Academy in Southwark. The development utilised the lower floors of a new high-rise multi residential development. Our appointment was to take the project from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 6.
MKP led the MEP Design for the Category A and B fit out covering approx. 2,500 m2 of open plan floorspace, creating a series of flexible activity – based learning and resource spaces over three levels and catering for up to 300 Sixth Form students.
