Fulham Reach

Fulham Reach is a prestigious riverside development in the heart of Fulham, combining high specification living with premium amenities.  The development is within walking distance of Hammersmith and Putney Bridge underground stations and close to Imperial Wharf overground, providing direct access to Central London and key transport hubs.

The development provides residents with a lifestyle of comfort and conveniences. The award winning development is set in beautifully landscaped gardens, next to a sweeping riverside promenade.  A total of ninety-two dwellings are split across two blocks. Block B2 consists of eighty-eight one-bed and three-bed apartments over nine storeys (total 5950 m2). Block C features four, four-bed Townhouses over four storeys (total 1070 m2). These two blocks form part of a larger Brownfield site development by St George encompassing eight buildings. The apartments incorporate comfort cooling, whole house ventilation, AV systems and lighting control.

The scheme integrates 3823 m2 of commercial space set alongside one of the most dramatic stretches of the Thames.
