Vauxhall Square

Vauxhall Square is a transformative 1.5 million sq. ft mixed-use development in the heart of Nine Elms, South London. The masterplan includes: Two 50-storey residential towers, standing at 168m, a new urban square and landscaped public realm as well as offices, hotel, student accommodation, cinema and a homeless hostel
MKP was engaged during the early stages to provide strategic input supporting planning and phased infrastructure design across multiple plots and uses.

Development highlights include a high-density, multi-phase urban destination that incorporates extensive public amenities including bars, restaurants and green spaces. Early phases include the delivery of a 32-storey student accommodation tower by Urbanest, completed in 2018 We continue to support the evolving masterplan, providing consultancy aligned with sustainability, resilience and tenant experience.
